Next Simulation Game Vote

Time for the next Simulation Game vote.  We'll be ploughing through and wrapping up Tropico 4 and need the next Sim game ready to roll.  Of the following games I think I have a combined 30 minutes clocked, so it'll be an adventure any way.

Remember each vote you place gives your selected game a bigger slice of the wheel when we roll for which to play.  No vote is wasted, and while more votes mean a high chance of being selected, there is seldom a sure thing 'round these parts.
