If you're not feeling well then there's no stress to stream, we completely understand! Your wellbeing always comes first! That being said, if you're gonna push through and stream then how about a fun monster design? Do your version of a winter creature (in honor of it officially being 10 DEGREES here hot damn) or the personification of winter/frost/snow/etc!
